Man kills his live-in-partner Mumbai: Mumbai Saraswati Vaidya, the victim of the murder on Mira Road, spent her childhood in an orphanage, but she had three sisters, and those sisters gave statements to the police on Friday.
On Friday, the three sisters of Saraswati Vaidya, 32, who was allegedly killed by her live-in boyfriend Manoj Sane, told the police that Saraswati and Manoj were not live-in partners but rather husband and wife. Manoj Sane is accused of killing Saraswati Vaidya. Because of the significant age disparity between the couple, the marriage was probably kept a secret. Manoj Sane is now 56 years old, whilst Saraswati was just 32 when they first met. It is currently unknown when exactly the couple tied the knot. DCP Jayant Bajbale stated that their wedding took place in a temple. The DCP stated that “They did not inform many people about the marriage because of their age difference,” adding that the DNA of the remains of Saraswati’s body will be linked with that of the three sisters. “They did not inform many people about the marriage because of their age difference,” the DCP said.
The horrible event in which it was suspected that Manoj Sane, age 56, was responsible for the murder of Saraswati Vaidya, age 32, took a new turn on Friday with the revelation of these new data.
Neighbours who noticed a strong and unpleasant odour emanating from Manoj and Saraswati’s flat were the ones who called the police and reported the alleged murder. The neighbours thought of Manoj and Saraswati as a live-in couple because they never socialised with any of their other neighbours. An employee at the orphanage where Saraswati spent her formative years reported that Saraswati had shared with them that she currently resides in Mumbai with his uncle. After the police caught Manoj Sane, Sane informed the officers that Saraswati was like his daughter and that he did not have a sexual relationship with him. On Friday, the police claimed that Manoj and Saraswati were a married couple after recording the statements of Saraswati’s three sisters. The sisters stated that Manoj and Saraswati were husband and wife.
Murder or suicide?
Even though Manoj Sane claimed he was attempting to dispose of Saraswati Vaidya’s body, he has not yet admitted to having been the person who killed her. The investigation revealed that he had purchased a tree cutter, which he then used to dismember Saraswati’s body. After that, he cooked and roasted them, and his neighbours found him feeding stray dogs, which was something he had never done before. He most likely fed them to the dogs.
