Our policy on refund & cancellation of the amount received for State News Mirror of Society on the secure online payment gateway, the following rules shall apply:
1. No refund or cancellation requests will be accepted for one-time online payments.
2. Please note that once you have completed an online transaction through our website, NetBanking or NEFT/RTGS, we will not be able to entertain any requests for cancellations or refunds. This is because the process of reversing the transaction is highly complex and challenging, and therefore, we request you to be sure before you proceed with your transaction.
