Bengaluru: Basavanagudi police station helps in recovery 80000rs from fake human rights. Basavanagudi Police warned that Human Rights organizations are located in Bangalore, which is always misleading to the people. People seek legal assistance in order to obtain justice, but these money monster types of phony human rights are always looking for ways to steal from the victim to resolve legal issues.
Recently, Sujatha was charged Rs. 80,000 by a fake human rights organization. An acquaintance had introduced her to Jyothi Srinivas through Human Rights, a resident of Tumkur City, Karnataka.
Sujatha spoke to State News, stating that Jyothi Srinivas has taken Rs 80,000 from her but has not provided any satisfactory services. Jyothi Srinivas has been continuously asking for money for various reasons. Sujatha believes that Jyothi Srinivas lacks legal expertise and has been unable to resolve her issue.
Sujatha asked Jyothi Srinivas to return her money. Jyothi claimed she had used the money for police legal proceedings, a lawyer, and her expenses.
Sujatha stated that Jyothi Srinivas not only took money from her but also bought expensive clothes using her money, which caused financial difficulties for her.
Sujatha discovers that the Human Rights Department is under government jurisdiction, not private organizations, after consulting with other legal teams and Rise UP for Rights.
Sujatha lodged a complaint against Jyothi Srinivasa at Basavangudi police station. The police acted swiftly and recovered the money.
Rise UP for Rights advises individuals to be aware of the Human Rights Commission and Private Human Rights Organizations. We are proud to have supported Sujatha’s fight for justice and express our gratitude to our team of volunteers and those who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to assist her virtually. We are thrilled that Sujatha has finally received the justice she deserves.
We applaud Basavanagudi Police Station for their prompt actions and thank the higher management of the police, including respected C K Baba, IPS, for their contribution to this case.
Sujata expressed that she had learned a lot from fraudulent individuals. These people take advantage of vulnerable situations and often target innocent people due to a lack of legal knowledge. Sujata urges the Government’s human rights department to take appropriate action against private human rights organizations and shut them down. She believes these private organizations mislead people like herself and extort money from them. Sujatha also expressed gratitude towards the Bangalore Police Department for their positive response in resolving the issue.
