Bengaluru: In July 2023, an iron rod fell onto a passing car at the BMRCL Metro construction site (Bagmane Tech Park Bangalore), causing damage due to BMRCL negligence. “While driving my car, an iron rod fell on it from the BMRCL metro site construction, causing damage to my car. Fortunately, no one was injured. I attempted to obtain contact information for the BMRCL site supervisor, but the workers refused to provide it.
