We promptly acknowledge and rectify any significant factual inaccuracies, following legal guidance when appropriate. Any modifications are indicated at the end of the respective article. In case a retraction is necessary, we provide a justification for its requirement.

We cover the news based on both parties’ statements, and our team always tries to obtain proof before publishing the news. We always allow everyone to share their thoughts or statements before covering news, but if any individual refuses to give a statement or bytes, we reserve the right to continue news content as received.
News Updates:
At times, we may encounter difficulty in contacting “storytellers.” In such instances, we rely on our sources to obtain news updates from other media groups or individuals.
News Privacy:
We do not disclose the contact information of either the victim or the respondent.

For feedback, corrections, or complaints regarding content –
- you must have to send an email to Grievance[@]statenews.com.in
- You will get the response within two working days.
- In your email, please remember to include your name, contact number, and the web link to the news article:
– full name
– Contact number
– Please provide the “News title & date/ News Weblink of the News Report,” an article that is related to your grievance or feedback.
– Please provide any supporting documents or court orders that you may have relied upon and attach them to your response.
– By submitting feedback, you are providing a signed declaration that all information and documents included are truthful, up-to-date, and complete. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is no false information included.

If YOU use abusive language in emails, phone calls, or messages may result in legal action. It is important to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.
We kindly request that you do not contact us via “phone or WhatsApp”, as it may not effectively resolve your Grievances.
